i found this site – www.doubleupsystem.org – which is details what looks like the martingale (martyngale ?) system, which is double up your bet and win more cash online sort of system?
do those really work? is there another “best way to make money online system” out there online?

the system you are talking about does not work. What ends up happening is that you will lose around 10x in a row or more and have no funds left or you wont be able to double up again because of the max limits. I tried it once and even waited for a streak of 5 came through before I started and that seemed to work, but eventually I came across a losing streak and lost everything.
Sure man, and you can plant a Tree of Money also.
Martingale or “chase” systems do not work. It’s a quick way to lose your money. If there was a working system 2 things would eventually happen: 1. everyone would do it and 2. casinos would eventually make it harder for you to win or take away that game completely.
The name itself shows why it won’t work. The odds aren’t 50-50. Not in roulette, not in any game. If there was a way for the house to lose, they would change the settings on the game so that was no longer the case. That’s why there are one or two 0s on a roulette wheel. And to echo some of the other answers already given, all it takes is a long losing streak to wipe you out, no matter how deep your bankroll.
There is NO system that can consistently win at roulette!
If there was one, then the casinos would simply change the rules of the game so that the system would not work, as they have done at both craps and blackjack.
You can win online at some games, such as poker or sports betting where skill is a factor.
