Have you ever researched “How to Make a Million Dollars”, “Making Money Forums”, or “Business Making Money Online” and wondered if there was a real way of making a significant income doing this? Is it just an idle thought or can it really be done? How do you know what approach to use?

“Making Money Forums”, “Business Making Money Online”, and “How to Make a Million Dollars” are valid topics for research. They are real and it can be done, but they are not “get rich overnight” schemes that most people dream about. Excellent companies exist in the MLM / Network Marketing arena where any of these dreams can be obtained if you are willing to put forth a consistent effort.

What should you be looking for in an organization if you want to know “How to Make a Million Dollars”, attend “Making Money Forums” or operate a “Business Making Money Online”? Key elements are:

  • Be sure the organization you become involved with has already established a significant success record.

  • Be sure they have been established for enough years that you can be confident they will survive and you won’t lose your investment.

  • Make sure they offer training. Most successful organizations in the MLM / Multilevel Marketing arena offer a comprehensive training program free to their associates.

  • Be sure the training offered is by the people actually performing the task, not a trainer hired by the organization who isn’t involved in actual field operations.

  • Fastest growth of your organization will normally occur where new members are placed in a “vertically leg” as opposed to “horizontal growth (building wide)”. In the vertical organization everyone in that leg can put their new people at the bottom of that leg helping everyone else in the leg grow or make money, not just themselves. In the horizontal (wide) pattern where new people are only below their sponsor / host, new activity only helps a limited number of people because there is limited depth. Think of it this way. A tree is the strongest when it has deep roots. A sudden storm is less likely to cause permanent damage. A tree with shallow roots may well be destroyed by the first storm.

  • Be sure the product or service being provided can be purchased at or below a competitive price found on the open market. Some organizations mark the price up significantly to create commission for 3-4 levels. While this may sound like a good idea, it is difficult to convince a customer that they should pay more than they could get it at a discount store. When the economy spirals downward, as it has in 2008, customers will normally buy where they can get the service or product for less money.

Other questions you should ask yourself

  • How fast can I recover my initial investment if I join?

    • The faster you can recover your initial investment, the less risk involved thereafter. Once you have recovered your initial investment, either through savings or income, everything thereafter is literally profit on that investment.

  • Is there way of minimizing my risk?

    • In some organizations, if you are having difficulty with making the income you need, you can make up for it with savings on purchases inside and/or outside the organization.

  • Does my membership just cover me or does it include other members of my family.

    • When a program covers multiple generations of a family, the actual return on investment can occur in a very short time. In addition, both now and in the future, other family members can enjoy added income and increased standard of living.

  • Can it be inherited or does your organization cease if something happens to you?

    • The ability to pass your organization and income to someone else if you should die is a significant benefit. Most successful MLM / Network Marketing Programs provide for inheritance when the Independent Marketing Director reaches a specified level of success.

  • Does it allow me to create “residual income”, where my income will continue if I am ill or “life happens”? Will I lose my position within the organization and have to start over?

    • While most organizations may not allow you to maintain your position if your group falters or part of it disappears, others may allow you to retain and reinstate your level with simple activation procedures. In addition, if you have built a group which is “self-sustaining”, your income should continue as long as you meet specific requirements. Again, most successful MLM / Network Marketing Programs wave even the minimum requirements after you reach a specific level.
